  • Fitting Note 1: These bar extensions grip inside hollow bars by means of an expanding rubber sleeve; a more direct attachment using bar ends with expanding brass spreaders may be preferred for the mounting of lever guards or bar end mirrors.
  • Fitting Note 2: These will make the overall handlebar up to 70mm wider (almost 3 inches) in total, depending on the angle of the bars. Take care if you maneover your motorcycle through narrow gaps for example between houses, or if you have to get your motorcycle through narrow doorways into a shed.

LSL are a German company founded by Jochen Schmitz Linkweiler, who since the mid 1980’s has been building and developing special motorcycles and parts.

Operating from their purpose built workshop in Krefeld just to the Northwest of Düsseldorf, LSL design, test and produce a huge range of high quality precision made technical hard parts including superbike conversion kits, handle bars, brake levers, crash protectors and foot controls.

There is a huge range of other bespoke bike-specific parts of other types too, incorporating an exclusive collection of parts for the special retro-bike builder including fenders, seats, lighting, grips controls, exhausts etc.

In addition to producing parts for end-users to customize their machines, LSL for two decades have been engineering and building bespoke complete special bikes. In 2005, the company was able to secure the brand name "Clubman" for its retro-classic projects.

With the huge growth in the retro motorcycle market, having been pioneers and innovators in this sector for years before it became popular and mainstream, LSL are perfectly placed to supply the parts needed for a special build.
