It is not by accident that many top racing teams use the same products that we distribute. All of our products are tough tested and evaluated before they make it into our portfolio. We only distribute products with the finest pedigree, most of which are TUV approved meaning that you can buy and use them with the utmost confidence. Very often this can mean that there are cheaper alternatives to our brands, but there is usually a very good reason why! We summarise this situation by using the phrase “The quality remains long after the price is forgotten”.
We focus on offering a complete service for the brands that we represent, attempting to give instant availability, full spare parts back up and in-depth technical support.
It is unrealistic to expect your local shop to hold stock of everything so even with over 40,000 part numbers in our range (10,000 Triumph specific), your required parts can be supplied by us, or sent to your dealer, often within just a few hours.
We attempt to supply most items on a next day basis from our well-stocked warehouse. However if we don’t have it, we will be as honest and helpful as possible regarding the expected lead time.
Our dedicated team of well-trained, experienced staff are on hand Monday – Friday, 9.00 – 5.00 to take trade enquiries and offer technical advice to the public. We pride ourselves on customer service and always attempt to operate with the common sense philosophy of “Treat your customer how you would like to be treated yourself”.
