Founded in 1963 by Scipione Mardollo, Bitubo has become a household name in the world of damping systems. The company's journey began with a focus on controlling vibrations of any type, but over the years it has expanded its knowledge to other applications such as artificial limbs, seismic dampers, and even damping systems for oceanic platforms. However, it was in the motorcycle market where Bitubo truly made its mark.

In 1975, Bitubo made a breakthrough in the motorcycle industry with the introduction of a pair of shock absorbers connected by two compensating rubber pipes. This innovation not only caught the attention of motorcycle enthusiasts, but also the greatest champions of the time who immediately adopted and raced with these shock absorbers. It was from this design that the company derived its name - Bitubo, meaning 'two tubes' in Italian.

Today, Bitubo remains at the forefront of suspension technology with its high-quality, high-performance products that are protected by international patents. The company's dedication to innovation and its success on the race track have earned it a reputation as a reliable and trustworthy brand among motorcycle enthusiasts worldwide. With more than 50 years of experience and a constant drive to improve, Bitubo is set to continue its legacy as a pioneer in the control of vibrations and damping systems.
